DISCUSSION AND 48-HOUR OUTLOOK

At 200 AM PDT (0900 UTC), the center of Tropical Depression Eleven-E
was located near latitude 20.5 North, longitude 120.0 West. The
depression is moving toward the northwest near 17 mph (28 km/h).  A
west-northwest to northwest motion is expected during the
next couple of days.

Maximum sustained winds remain near 35 mph (55 km/h) with higher
gusts. Gradual weakening is expected, and the depression is forecast
to become a remnant low within a day.

The estimated minimum central pressure is 1004 mb (29.65 inches).
