DISCUSSION AND 48-HOUR OUTLOOK

At 800 PM PDT (0300 UTC), the center of Tropical Depression Eleven-E
was located near latitude 19.7 North, longitude 119.1 West. The
depression is moving toward the west-northwest near 17 mph (28
km/h).  A west-northwest to northwest motion is expected during the
next couple of days.

Maximum sustained winds remain near 35 mph (55 km/h) with higher
gusts. Weakening is forecast, and the depression is expected to
become a remnant low on Monday.

The estimated minimum central pressure is 1003 mb (29.62 inches).
