DISCUSSION AND 48-HOUR OUTLOOK

At 200 PM PDT (2100 UTC), the center of Tropical Depression Eleven-E
was located near latitude 19.3 North, longitude 117.2 West. The
depression is moving toward the northwest near 17 mph (28 km/h), and
this general motion is expected to continue for the next couple of
days.

Maximum sustained winds are near 35 mph (55 km/h) with higher gusts.
Weakening is forecast during the next 48 hours, and the depression
is expected to become a remnant low pressure system by Monday.

The estimated minimum central pressure is 1003 mb (29.62 inches).
