At 800 AM PDT (1500 UTC), the center of Tropical Depression Felicia
was located near latitude 21.7 North, longitude 117.9 West. The
depression is moving toward the northwest near 10 mph (17 km/h) and
a turn toward the west-northwest is forecast tonight.
Maximum sustained winds are near 35 mph (55 km/h) with higher gusts.
Weakening is expected, and Felicia is forecast to become a remnant
low by Saturday.
The estimated minimum central pressure is 1007 mb (29.74 inches).
