THE METEOROLOGICAL SERVICE OF THE CAPE VERDE ISLANDS HAS ISSUED A
HURRICANE WARNING FOR THE CAPE VERDE ISLANDS. THIS REPLACES THE
TROPICAL STORM WARNING AND HURRICANE WATCH THAT WERE PREVIOUSLY IN
EFFECT.
