LOCATED NEAR LATITUDE 17.3 NORTH...LONGITUDE 108.3 WEST. CRISTINA IS
MOVING TOWARD THE WEST-NORTHWEST NEAR 8 MPH...13 KM/H. A
WEST-NORTHWESTWARD TO NORTHWESTWARD MOTION IS EXPECTED DURING THE
NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS.

SATELLITE IMAGES INDICATE THAT MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS HAVE
DECREASED TO NEAR 120 MPH...195 KM/H...WITH HIGHER GUSTS. CRISTINA
IS NOW A CATEGORY THREE HURRICANE ON THE SAFFIR-SIMPSON HURRICANE
WIND SCALE.  ADDITIONAL WEAKENING IS EXPECTED DURING THE NEXT 48
HOURS.

HURRICANE FORCE WINDS EXTEND OUTWARD UP TO 15 MILES...30 KM...FROM
THE CENTER...AND TROPICAL STORM FORCE WINDS EXTEND OUTWARD UP TO 80
MILES...130 KM.

THE ESTIMATED MINIMUM CENTRAL PRESSURE IS 959 MB...28.32 INCHES.
