MOVING TOWARD THE NORTHEAST NEAR 2 MPH...4 KM/H.  A SLIGHTLY FASTER
NORTHEASTWARD MOTION IS EXPECTED TO BEGIN LATER TODAY AND CONTINUE
THROUGH THURSDAY NIGHT.
