...15 KM/H...AND THE CYCLONE IS EXPECTED TO TURN TOWARD THE WEST ON
THURSDAY AT ABOUT THE SAME RATE OF SPEED.
 
MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS HAVE DECREASED TO NEAR 30 MPH...45 KM/H...
WITH HIGHER GUSTS. LITTLE CHANGE IN STRENGTH IS FORECAST DURING THE
