IS MOVING TOWARD THE NORTH-NORTHWEST NEAR 7 MPH...11 KM/H.  A SLOW
NORTHWARD MOTION IS EXPECTED ON WEDNESDAY...WITH A TURN TO THE
NORTH-NORTHEAST FORECAST ON THURSDAY.  
 
SATELLITE DATA INDICATE THAT MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS HAVE DECREASED
TO NEAR 40 MPH...65 KM/H...WITH HIGHER GUSTS.  SOME STRENGTHENING
