HAS BEEN NEARLY STATIONARY DURING THE PAST FEW HOURS...HOWEVER A
SLOW WESTWARD MOTION IS EXPECTED TO RESUME THIS MORNING...AND 
CONTINUE DURING THE NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS.
 
MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS ARE NEAR 30 MPH...45 KM/H...WITH HIGHER
GUSTS.  GRADUAL WEAKENING IS FORECAST DURING THE NEXT 48 HOURS...
AND ROSA IS EXPECTED TO DEGENERATE INTO A REMNANT LOW PRESSURE
SYSTEM LATER TODAY.
