MOVING SLOWLY TOWARD THE WEST NEAR 5 MPH...7 KM/H.  A WESTWARD TO
WEST-NORTHWESTWARD MOTION AT AN EVEN SLOWER FORWARD SPEED IS
EXPECTED DURING THE NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS...AND ROSA COULD BECOME
NEARLY STATIONARY BY THURSDAY NIGHT.
 
MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS REMAIN NEAR 45 MPH...75 KM/H...WITH HIGHER
GUSTS.  SLIGHT STRENGTHENING IS POSSIBLE TODAY...BUT ROSA IS
