LOCATED NEAR LATITUDE 20.3 NORTH...LONGITUDE 105.7 WEST. BUD IS
MOVING TOWARD THE NORTH NEAR 6 MPH...9 KM/H...AND THIS MOTION IS
EXPECTED TO CONTINUE ON SATURDAY. 
 
MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS HAVE DECREASED TO NEAR 35 MPH...55 KM/H...
WITH HIGHER GUSTS. SOME WEAKENING IS FORECAST AND BUD IS EXPECTED
TO DEGENERATE INTO A REMNANT LOW ON SATURDAY.
 
THE ESTIMATED MINIMUM CENTRAL PRESSURE IS 1006 MB...29.71 INCHES.
