TROPICAL STORM ERNESTO WAS LOCATED NEAR LATITUDE 13.6 NORTH...
LONGITUDE 59.7 WEST. ERNESTO IS MOVING QUICKLY TOWARD THE WEST NEAR
23 MPH...37 KM/H....AND THIS GENERAL MOTION IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE
FOR THE NEXT 48 HOURS. ON THE FORECAST TRACK...THE CENTER OF
ERNESTO IS EXPECTED TO MOVE ACROSS THE NORTHERN WINDWARD ISLANDS
DURING THE NEXT FEW HOURS...AND MOVE INTO THE EASTERN CARIBBEAN SEA
