WAS LOCATED NEAR LATITUDE 21.4 NORTH...LONGITUDE 104.6 WEST. THE
DEPRESSION IS MOVING TOWARD THE NORTH NEAR 6 MPH...9 KM/H.  A
NORTHWARD DRIFT IS EXPECTED FOR THE NEXT 24 TO 36 HOURS UNTIL THE
DEPRESSION DISSIPATES.  ON THE FORECAST TRACK...THE CENTER OF JOVA
WILL REMAIN INLAND OVER WESTERN MEXICO.
 
MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS HAVE DECREASED TO NEAR 35 MPH...
55 KM/H...WITH HIGHER GUSTS....ESPECIALLY OVER MOUNTAINOUS TERRAIN. 
ADDITIONAL WEAKENING IS FORECAST...AND JOVA IS EXPECTED TO
DISSIPATE THURSDAY NIGHT OR FRIDAY.

SUBSIDE TODAY.
 
RAINFALL...JOVA IS EXPECTED TO PRODUCE TOTAL RAINFALL ACCUMULATIONS
OF 6 TO 12 INCHES OVER THE STATES OF MICHOACAN...COLIMA...JALISCO...
