NEAR LATITUDE 16.3 NORTH...LONGITUDE 103.1 WEST. HILARY IS MOVING
TOWARD THE WEST NEAR 8 MPH...13 KM/H...AND THIS MOTION IS EXPECTED
TO CONTINUE FOR THE NEXT TWO DAYS. ON THE FORECAST TRACK...THE CORE
OF HILARY SHOULD CONTINUE TO MOVE FARTHER OFFSHORE OF THE
SOUTHWESTERN COAST OF MEXICO TODAY.
 
MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS REMAIN NEAR 145 MPH...230 KM/H...WITH HIGHER
GUSTS.  HILARY IS A CATEGORY FOUR HURRICANE ON THE SAFFIR-SIMPSON
HURRICANE WIND SCALE.  THE CYCLONE IS EXPECTED TO REMAIN A MAJOR
