MOTION WITH AN INCREASE IN FORWARD SPEED IS EXPECTED LATER TODAY. ON
THE FORECAST TRACK...THE CENTER OF MARIA SHOULD PASS NEAR OR OVER
SOUTHEASTERN NEWFOUNDLAND IN THE NEXT FEW HOURS.
