MOVING TOWARD THE WEST-NORTHWEST NEAR 17 MPH...28 KM/H...AND THIS
MOTION IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE DURING THE NEXT DAY OR SO.  ON
THE FORECAST TRACK...THE CENTER OF MARIA WILL REACH THE LESSER
