NORTH-NORTHEAST WITH AN INCREASE IN FORWARD SPEED IS EXPECTED BY
EARLY MONDAY.
 
MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS ARE NEAR 45 MPH...75 KM/H...WITH HIGHER
GUSTS.  LITTLE CHANGE IN STRENGTH IS EXPECTED DURING THE NEXT 12 -24
