MOVING TOWARD THE WEST-SOUTHWEST NEAR 7 MPH...11 KM/H...AND THIS
GENERAL MOTION SHOULD CONTINUE FOR THE NEXT DAY OR SO.  ON THE
FORECAST TRACK...THE CENTER OF ARLENE WILL MOVE FARTHER INLAND OVER
MAINLAND MEXICO THIS EVENING.
 
MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS HAVE DECREASED TO NEAR 40 MPH...
65 KM/H...WITH HIGHER GUSTS.  CONTINUED WEAKENING IS FORECAST...AND
