AT 200 AM PDT...0900 UTC...THE CENTER OF TROPICAL STORM FRANK WAS
LOCATED NEAR LATITUDE 15.3 NORTH...LONGITUDE 100.9 WEST. FRANK IS
MOVING TOWARD THE WEST-NORTHWEST NEAR 9 MPH.  A WEST-NORTHWEST
MOTION IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE DURING THE NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS.  ON
THE FORECAST TRACK...FRANK IS EXPECTED TO MOVE PARALLEL TO THE
COAST OF SOUTHERN AND SOUTHWESTERN MEXICO THROUGH WEDNESDAY.
 
MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS REMAIN NEAR 50 MPH...85 KM/HR...WITH HIGHER
GUSTS.   LITTLE CHANGE IN STRENGTH IS LIKELY TODAY...BUT SOME SLIGHT
STRENGTHENING IS POSSIBLE ON WEDNESDAY.
 
TROPICAL STORM FORCE WINDS EXTEND OUTWARD UP TO 70 MILES...110 KM
FROM THE CENTER.
