NEAR LATITUDE 15.3 NORTH...LONGITUDE 120.7 WEST.  CELIA IS MOVING
TOWARD THE WEST-NORTHWEST NEAR 10 MPH...17 KM/HR.  A TURN TOWARD THE
WEST WITH A DECREASE IN FORWARD SPEED IS EXPECTED OVER THE NEXT
COUPLE OF DAYS.
 
MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS HAVE DECREASED TO NEAR 100 MPH...160
KM/HR...WITH HIGHER GUSTS.  CELIA IS NOW A CATEGORY TWO HURRICANE
ON THE SAFFIR-SIMPSON HURRICANE WIND SCALE.  ADDITIONAL WEAKENING
IS FORECAST DURING THE NEXT 48 HOURS...AND CELIA IS FORECAST TO
WEAKEN TO A TROPICAL STORM BY SUNDAY.
 
HURRICANE FORCE WINDS EXTEND OUTWARD UP TO 40 MILES...65 KM...FROM
THE CENTER...AND TROPICAL STORM FORCE WINDS EXTEND OUTWARD UP TO 125
MILES...205 KM.
