TOWARD THE WEST NEAR 13 MPH...20 KM/HR...BUT A TURN TOWARD THE
WEST-NORTHWEST IS EXPECTED DURING THE NEXT DAY OR SO.
 
MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS HAVE DECREASED TO NEAR 105 MPH...165
KM/HR...WITH HIGHER GUSTS.  CELIA IS A CATEGORY TWO HURRICANE ON
THE SAFFIR-SIMPSON WIND SCALE.  SOME RE-INTENSIFICATION IS POSSIBLE
DURING THE NEXT DAY OR SO...FOLLOWED BY GRADUAL WEAKENING.
