MOTION IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE TODAY UNTIL THE SYSTEM DISSIPATES BY
LATE TOMORROW.  
 
MICROWAVE DATA INDICATE THAT MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS HAVE INCREASED
