DRIFTING TOWARD THE SOUTH-SOUTHEAST NEAR 2 MPH...3 KM/HR.  A GRADUAL
TRACK TOWARD THE SOUTH...SOUTHWEST...AND WEST IS EXPECTED DURING THE
NEXT 48 HOURS AT A SLOW FORWARD SPEED.
 
MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS REMAIN NEAR 40 MPH...65 KM/HR...WITH HIGHER
GUSTS.  STRENGTHENING IS FORECAST DURING THE NEXT 48 HOURS...AND
