LOCATED NEAR LATITUDE 17.5 NORTH...LONGITUDE 28.6 WEST. LISA HAS
BEEN NEARLY STATIONARY DURING THE PAST SEVERAL HOURS BUT A NORTH
TO NORTHEAST TRACK SHOULD BEGIN ON FRIDAY.

MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS HAVE INCREASED TO NEAR 40 MPH...65
KM/HR...WITH HIGHER GUSTS.  SOME SLIGHT INCREASE IN STRENGTH IS
POSSIBLE DURING THE NEXT DAY OR SO.
 
TROPICAL STORM FORCE WINDS EXTEND OUTWARD UP TO 35 MILES...55 KM
FROM THE CENTER.
 
ESTIMATED MINIMUM CENTRAL PRESSURE IS 1001 MB...29.56 INCHES.
