DEPRESSION IS MOVING TOWARD THE NORTH NEAR 2 MPH...4 KM/HR. A SLOW
AND ERRATIC MOTION IS POSSIBLE TODAY...FOLLOWED BY A SLOW NORTHWARD
MOTION TONIGHT.  A NORTHWEST MOTION WITH A GRADUAL INCREASE IN
FORWARD SPEED IS EXPECTED TO BEGIN ON FRIDAY.
 
MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS ARE NEAR 35 MPH...55 KM/HR...WITH HIGHER
GUSTS.  SOME STRENGTHENING IS FORECAST DURING THE NEXT 48 HOURS.
