MOTION WITH A DECREASE IN FORWARD SPEED IS EXPECTED TODAY...
FOLLOWED BY A TURN TOWARD THE NORTH LATER TONIGHT...AND A TURN
TOWARD THE NORTHEAST ON FRIDAY. ON THE FORECAST TRACK...FIONA IS
