MOTION WILL BRING EARL ACROSS EXTREME SOUTHEASTERN QUEBEC AND
NEWFOUNDLAND TONIGHT.
 
MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS ARE NEAR 65 MPH...100 KM/HR...WITH HIGHER
