LOCATED NEAR LATITUDE 29.7 NORTH...LONGITUDE 65.6 WEST. COLIN IS
MOVING TOWARD THE NORTH-NORTHEAST NEAR 3 MPH...6 KM/HR.  THIS
GENERAL MOTION IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE WITH SOME INCREASE IN
FORWARD SPEED THROUGH SUNDAY NIGHT.  ON THE FORECAST TRACK...THE
CENTER OF COLIN IS EXPECTED TO PASS NEAR OR OVER BERMUDA LATE
SUNDAY OR SUNDAY NIGHT.
 
MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS ARE NEAR 40 MPH...65 KM/HR...WITH HIGHER
