WAS LOCATED NEAR LATITUDE 27.7 NORTH...LONGITUDE 111.8 WEST OR ABOUT
40 MILES...65 KM...NORTHEAST OF SANTA ROSALIA MEXICO.
 
THE DEPRESSION IS MOVING TOWARD THE WEST NEAR 2 MPH...4 KM/HR. A
TURN TOWARD THE WEST-SOUTHWEST WITH AN INCREASE IN FORWARD
SPEED IS EXPECTED OVER THE NEXT 24 TO 36 HOURS.
  
MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS ARE NEAR 30 MPH...45 KM/HR...WITH HIGHER
