AT 200 PM PDT...2100 UTC...THE CENTER OF HURRICANE FELICIA WAS
LOCATED NEAR LATITUDE 18.3 NORTH...LONGITUDE 136.9 WEST OR ABOUT
1190 MILES...1920 KM...EAST OF HILO HAWAII.
 
FELICIA IS MOVING TOWARD THE WEST-NORTHWEST NEAR 14 MPH...22 KM/HR
...AND A TURN TO THE WEST IS EXPECTED TOMORROW.
