AT 800 PM PDT...0300Z...THE CENTER OF TROPICAL STORM LOWELL WAS
LOCATED NEAR LATITUDE 18.2 NORTH...LONGITUDE 109.8 WEST OR ABOUT 325
MILES...525 KM...SOUTH OF THE SOUTHERN TIP OF BAJA CALIFORNIA.
 
LOWELL IS MOVING TOWARD THE WEST-NORTHWEST NEAR 12 MPH...19 KM/HR...
AND THIS GENERAL MOTION WITH A DECREASE IN FORWARD SPEED IS
EXPECTED DURING THE NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS.  
 
MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS ARE NEAR 60 MPH...95 KM/HR...WITH HIGHER
