AT 200 AM PDT...0900Z...THE CENTER OF TROPICAL STORM GENEVIEVE WAS
LOCATED NEAR LATITUDE 15.1 NORTH...LONGITUDE 112.0 WEST OR ABOUT 575
MILES...925 KM...WEST-SOUTHWEST OF MANZANILLO MEXICO.
 
GENEVIEVE IS MOVING TOWARD THE WEST NEAR 10 MPH...17 KM/HR.  A
WESTWARD OR WEST-NORTHWESTWARD MOTION WITH LITTLE CHANGE IN FORWARD
SPEED IS FORECAST DURING THE NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS.
 
MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS HAVE DECREASED TO NEAR 50 MPH...85
KM/HR...WITH HIGHER GUSTS.  STRENGTHENING IS FORECAST TO RESUME
