FROM THE HONDURAS/NICARAGUA BORDER WESTWARD TO LIMON.  A TROPICAL
STORM WARNING MEANS THAT TROPICAL STORM CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED
WITHIN THE WARNING AREA WITHIN THE NEXT 24 HOURS.
