COAST OF MAINE FROM STONINGTON TO EASTPORT.  A HURRICANE WATCH
MEANS THAT HURRICANE CONDITIONS ARE POSSIBLE WITHIN THE WATCH
AREA... GENERALLY WITHIN 36 HOURS.
 
AT 11 AM EDT...1500 UTC...A TROPICAL STORM WATCH IS IN EFFECT FOR
THE COAST OF MAINE SOUTH OF STONINGTON TO CAPE ELIZABETH...
