NEAR LATITUDE 23.9 NORTH...LONGITUDE 51.1 WEST OR ABOUT 870 MILES...
1395 KM...EAST-NORTHEAST OF THE NORTHERN LEEWARD ISLANDS AND ABOUT
1015 MILES...1635 KM...EAST-SOUTHEAST OF BERMUDA.
 
HELENE IS MOVING TOWARD THE WEST-NORTHWEST NEAR 9 MPH...15 KM/HR...
