AT 2 AM PDT...0900 UTC...THE GOVERNMENT OF EL SALVADOR HAS ISSUED A
TROPICAL STORM WATCH FOR THE ENTIRE COAST OF EL SALVADOR...AND THE
GOVERNMENT OF GUATEMALA HAS ISSUED A TROPICAL STORM WATCH FOR THE
PACIFIC COAST OF GUATEMALA.
 
INTERESTS IN CENTRAL AMERICA SHOULD CLOSELY MONITOR THE PROGRESS OF
THIS SYSTEM.

LOCATED NEAR LATITUDE 10.8 NORTH...LONGITUDE  94.1 WEST OR ABOUT 
385 MILES...620 KM...WEST-SOUTHWEST OF THE COAST OF EL SALVADOR.
 
ADRIAN IS MOVING TOWARD THE NORTHEAST NEAR 7 MPH...11 KM/HR. THIS
GENERAL MOTION WITH A GRADUAL INCREASE IN FORWARD SPEED IS EXPECTED
DURING THE NEXT 24 HOURS. ON THIS TRACK...OUTER RAINBANDS MAY BEGIN
TO AFFECT THE COASTAL AREAS OF GUATEMALA AND EL SALVADOR LATER
TODAY.
