THIS SPECIAL ADVISORY IS BEING ISSUED TO REVISE THE TRACK AND
INTENSITY FORECAST FOR LIDIA.  NEWLY-FORMED TROPICAL DEPRESSION
THIRTEEN THAT HAS FORMED TO THE NORTHEAST OF LIDIA IS A LARGER
SYSTEM AND IT APPEARS IT IS AND WILL REMAIN THE DOMINANT OF THE TWO
NEARBY TROPICAL CYCLONES.  AS A RESULT...THE SMALL AND WEAKENING
LIDIA IS NO LONGER MOVING WESTWARD AND HAS REVERSED COURSE...NOW
BEING DRAWN NORTHEASTWARD INTO THE CIRCULATION OF LARGER TD 13-E. 
WHILE THIS FORECAST IS HIGHLY UNCERTAIN...IT IS ANTICIPATED THAT
LIDIA WILL CONTINUE TO WEAKEN AND EVENTUALLY DISSIPATE OR BECOME
ABSORBED BY TD 13-E.
