AT 11 AM EDT...1500Z...THE POORLY-DEFINED CENTER OF NEWLY-FORMED
TROPICAL DEPRESSION FIFTEEN WAS LOCATED NEAR LATITUDE 29.5 NORTH...
LONGITUDE  61.0 WEST OR ABOUT 295 MILES...470 KM...SOUTHEAST OF
BERMUDA.
 
THE DEPRESSION IS MOVING TOWARD THE NORTHEAST NEAR 7 MPH...11 KM/HR. 
A GRADUAL TURN TO THE NORTH IS EXPECTED DURING THE NEXT 24 HOURS.
ON THIS TRACK...THE TROPICAL CYCLONE WILL PASS WELL EAST OF BERMUDA
DURING THE NEXT DAY OR TWO. 
 
MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS ARE NEAR  35 MPH... 55 KM/HR...WITH HIGHER
GUSTS.  SOME STRENGTHENING IS FORECAST DURING THE NEXT 24 HOURS.
