IN EFFECT FROM THE NORTH CAROLINA/VIRGINIA STATE LINE NORTHWARD TO
CHINCOTEAGUE VIRGINIA INCLUDING CHESAPEAKE BAY AND THE TIDAL
POTOMAC.
