A STRONG MIDDLE TO UPPER-LEVEL TROUGH MOVED EASTWARD OVER DOLLY AND
REMOVED THE CONVECTION.  DOLLY IS NOW A DISSIPATING SWIRL OF LOW
CLOUDS WITH 25-KNOT WINDS.  THIS WEAKENING PROCESS HAS OCURRED
RAPIDLY.  A REMNANT LOW WILL PROBABLY CONTINUE ON A GENERAL
NORTHWARD TRACK FOR THE NEXT 12 TO 24 HOURS.  THIS WILL BE THE LAST
ADVISORY ON DOLLY.
