LUCIA.

ISSUED A TROPICAL STORM WATCH FOR GRENADA...TOBAGO AND ITS 
DEPENDENCIES.  A TROPICAL STORM WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FOR 
MARTINIQUE.
 
AT 11 AM AST...1500Z...THE CENTER OF TROPICAL STORM CHANTAL WAS 
LOCATED NEAR LATITUDE 13.1 NORTH...LONGITUDE 55.3 WEST OR ABOUT 280 
MILES...455 KM...EAST OF BARBADOS.
 
CHANTAL IS MOVING TOWARD THE WEST NEAR 26 MPH...43 KM/HR...AND THIS 
MOTION IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE DURING THE NEXT 24 HOURS.  ON THIS 
TRACK CHANTAL SHOULD BE MOVING THROUGH THE WINDWARD ISLANDS TONIGHT.
